The Facebook user privacy settlement is for a total amount of $725 million. Individual payments to eligible users range from $4.89 to $38.36 , depending on how long the user had an active Facebook account during the class period from May 2007 to December 2022. The average settlement payment is approximately $29.42 to $29.43. Payments began going out in September 2025 and will be distributed over a period of about 10 to 11 weeks.
