To add a signature in Gmail, follow these steps:
- Open Gmail and click the gear icon in the top right corner, then select "See all settings."
- Scroll down to the "Signature" section.
- Click the "Create new" button to make a new signature and give it a name.
- In the text box that appears, enter your signature details such as your name, job title, company, and contact information.
- Use the formatting toolbar to customize the font, size, color, and add images or links if desired.
- Set your signature defaults for new emails and/or replies and forwards.
- Scroll down and click "Save Changes."
This applies to the Gmail web interface on both PC and Mac. For the Gmail mobile app, you can add a signature via Settings > your account > Mobile Signature (text only).
