Ryan Keeler, the former UNLV football player, died of a fatal arrhythmia caused by hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, which is a thickening of the heart muscle. His death was ruled natural by the Clark County Coroner’s Office. He was found unresponsive in his apartment on February 20, 2023, after having complained of nausea and feeling generally unwell in the days prior to his death.
