Starfield became available to play on Xbox Game Pass on September 6, 2023, at 12:00 AM GMT for all subscribers. Early access was available before this date only for those who purchased the Premium or Constellation Edition. The game is playable on Xbox Series X|S, PC, and also via cloud gaming for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members. Additionally, Starfield arrived on the Xbox Game Pass Standard tier later on February 5, 2025, after being available on Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass starting in September 2023. So, Game Pass members could play Starfield starting September 6, 2023, with full access if they have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or PC Game Pass subscriptions, and later on Game Pass Standard in February 2025
