Downton Abbey first started airing on television in 2010. The series is set historically starting in 1912, just after the sinking of the Titanic, but its original broadcast debut was in 2010. It ran for six seasons until 2015, following the lives of the Crawley family and their servants through events from 1912 to 1925.
