The latest update for 99 Nights in the Forest, called the Volcanic Biome Part 1, was released on September 13, 2025, at 5 pm UTC. This update replaces the snow biome with a new volcanic area featuring new structures, environment, weapons, armor, items, and limited-time badges. It also encourages players to prepare for the extreme heat environment. The snow biome will return about two weeks after this update.
