The Washington Commanders play their home games at Northwest Stadium, located in Landover, Maryland, about 5 miles east of Washington, D.C. The stadium was originally opened in 1997 as Jack Kent Cooke Stadium, later known as FedExField until 2024, and was renamed Northwest Stadium after securing naming rights with Northwest Federal Credit Union in 2024. The stadium has a seating capacity of around 64,000 and is owned and operated by the Commanders. There are plans to potentially build a new stadium in Washington, D.C. to replace Northwest Stadium by 2030, but for now, Northwest Stadium serves as their home field.
