In soccer (football), the only body part that cannot be used to score a goal is the hand or arm. It is not allowed for a player (except the goalkeeper within the penalty area) to deliberately touch the ball with their hand or arm to score a goal. Any goal scored directly by a hand or arm, even if accidental, is disallowed. The ball can be legally played and goals scored using other body parts like the head, chest, foot, thigh, or shoulder, but not the hand or arm.
