- Enclave is a very challenging perfume - unusual, jarring, and ultimately not to my taste at all. Masculine-leaning and with powerful performance, it is quite synthetic - the Amber Xtreme note in the base is really strong.
- The unusual aromatic accord of the opening is at odds with the balsamic/synthetic amber in the base, and both facets are very strong.
- Enclave smells like a "designer scent" and is not what one would expect from Amouage.
