Anusol Cream is a medication used to relieve discomfort associated with minor ano-rectal conditions, such as haemorrhoids, pruritus ani, proctitis, and fissures. It provides antiseptic, astringent, emollient, and lubricating properties. The cream is available in a vanishing cream base and is prepared in a buff color. The main active ingredients in Anusol Cream are:

- Bismuth oxide 2.14 g
- Balsam Peru Ph Eur 1.8 g

Anusol Cream is not to be confused with Anusol-HC, which contains the active ingredient hydrocortisone, a topical corticosteroid.
