Dogs are not allowed inside Starbucks stores except for service dogs. Starbucks follows regulations that permit only ADA-recognized service animals indoors. However, many Starbucks locations have outdoor patio areas where dogs can be present, as long as they are well-behaved and restrained. Emotional support animals and pets are not allowed inside. Starbucks also offers a small dog treat called a "Puppuccino" at some locations, usually for outdoor or patio visitors with dogs.
