Black Caviar, the legendary undefeated Australian racehorse, gave birth to nine foals during her breeding career. Her final foal was a colt sired by Snitzel, born shortly before Black Caviar was euthanized due to laminitis in August 2024. Unfortunately, this last foal also died shortly afterward despite receiving around-the-clock veterinary care. Throughout her breeding career, some of Black Caviar's foals achieved racing success, with Invincible Caviar being the best-performed before her untimely death. Black Caviar's foals were typically kept by her owners rather than sold at auction, contributing to her lasting legacy in the racing and breeding industry.
