Charlie Kirk was an American conservative political activist, author, and media personality, known for co-founding the student organization Turning Point USA (TPUSA) in 2012 and serving as its executive director. He was a prominent voice in the populist MAGA movement and a close ally of former President Donald Trump. Kirk was influential in mobilizing conservative youth and expanding conservatism on college campuses through various initiatives and media presence. Tragically, he was fatally shot while speaking at a public debate event at Utah Valley University in September 2025. His activism included campaigning against gun control, abortion, and LGBTQ rights, and he was known for spreading conservative and Trump-aligned causes. He also hosted a conservative talk radio show and authored a best-selling book titled "The MAGA Doctrine".
