Ed Gein did not kill Adeline Watkins. Adeline Watkins claimed to have had a romantic relationship with Ed Gein, the notorious serial killer, but she was never one of his victims. In fact, she described Gein as sweet and kind. She later retracted some claims about the length and nature of their relationship, clarifying it was much shorter and less close than initially reported. Watkins never entered Gein's home, where his gruesome crimes were uncovered, and there is no evidence linking her to any harm caused by him. Ed Gein was convicted for the murders of Bernice Worden and Mary Hogan, not Adeline Watkins, and she survived the entire saga without being harmed by him.
