Markwood was critically injured, suffering fractures to his neck, clavicle, back, ribs, skull, brain, spine, and lungs. . Ethan Kirkwood, a 21-year-old friend of Markwood, was charged with furnishing alcohol to a minor because he allegedly bought beer for Markwood at the game. Kirkwood faces misdemeanor charges related to supplying alcohol to Markwood
