Helios, the Greek sun god, has two sisters: Eos, the goddess of the dawn, and Selene, the goddess of the moon. All three are children of the Titans Hyperion and Theia. Eos is often described as "rosy-fingered" and heralds the breaking of the new day, while Selene drives her moon chariot across the night sky.
