St. Vincent, the main island of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, has an area of about 344 square kilometers (133 square miles). The entire country, including the main island and the northern Grenadines islands, covers around 389 square kilometers (150 square miles) in total. The main island itself measures roughly 18-26 kilometers (11-16 miles) in length and 11-15 kilometers (6.8-9.3 miles) in width.
