how did barbossa come back

Captain Hector Barbossa died at the end of Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl, but he was brought back to life in the sequel, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest. His resurrection was accomplished by Tia Dalma, a Caribbean mystic who is actually the sea goddess Calypso trapped in human form. Barbossa had to repay the debt of being brought back by aiding Calypso's quest to free herself from the spell that imprisoned her. His return was hinted at subtly in the early parts of Dead Man's Chest, including a scene where Barbossa's boots were seen in Tia Dalma's house. Barbossa's resurrection was a surprise at the end of Dead Man's Chest and explained in detail in the following film, Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End.
