Buzz Aldrin is still alive as of the latest available information in 2025. There are no reports of his death. In fact, he was actively traveling and promoting space exploration as recently as 2016, when he was medically evacuated from the South Pole due to fluid in his lungs but recovered well after treatment in New Zealand
