Ken Block died in a tragic snowmobile accident on January 2, 2023, near his ranch in Woodland, Utah. He was riding a snowmobile on a steep slope in the Mill Hollow area when the snowmobile upended and landed on top of him. Although he was riding with a group, he was alone at the time of the accident. He was pronounced dead at the scene from injuries sustained in the accident
