Zuza Beine passed away due to complications from acute myeloid leukemia (AML), a type of blood cancer she was diagnosed with at the age of 3. She battled the relentless disease for 11 of her 14 years, undergoing treatments including three bone marrow transplants and multiple rounds of chemotherapy. In the days leading up to her passing, Zuza experienced severe pain and her health deteriorated significantly. Her family announced her death on September 22, 2025, expressing that despite her long fight with cancer, she lived her life fully and gratefully. They also highlighted that her last video captured her gratitude for the small joys in life amidst both beauty and suffering.
