To allow pop-ups in Google Chrome, follow these steps:
- Open Chrome and click the three dots menu icon at the top right corner.
- Select Settings from the dropdown.
- On the left sidebar, click Privacy and security.
- Click Site Settings.
- Scroll down and select Pop-ups and redirects.
- To allow pop-ups for all sites, toggle on the option Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects.
- To allow pop-ups for specific websites only, keep the global setting off, then under the Allow section, click Add and enter the website URL you want to permit pop-ups from, then click Add.
You can also manage exceptions by removing sites from the allowed list if needed
. This process works similarly on desktop Chrome browsers. On Android devices, the path is similar but accessed via the Chrome app settings and permissions
