To clear the cache in Google Chrome on your computer, follow these steps:
- Open Chrome.
- Click the three-dot menu icon at the top right corner.
- Select More tools and then Clear browsing data. Alternatively, you can go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.
- In the dialog box, choose a time range from the dropdown menu. To clear everything, select All time.
- Make sure the checkboxes for Cached images and files and optionally Cookies and other site data are selected.
- Click Clear data.
- Close and restart Chrome to apply changes.
You can also use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Command + Shift + Delete (Mac) to open the clear browsing data dialog quickly
