To know if someone has blocked you on WhatsApp, look for these key signs:
- You can no longer see their profile picture or any updates to it.
- You can't see their last seen or online status in the chat.
- Messages you send only show one grey checkmark (message sent) but never show two checkmarks (message delivered) or blue checkmarks (message read).
- You can’t see their status updates.
- If you try to add them to a WhatsApp group, you either get an error or they don’t appear in the group even if added.
- Calls you place to them on WhatsApp never go through or ring.
No single indicator is absolutely conclusive since some can be explained by privacy settings or temporary issues, but if several of these happen together, it is highly likely you have been blocked by that person on WhatsApp.
