To use your Shop Cash, follow these steps:
- Shop through the Shop app or Shop on the web, not directly on an online store website.
- Add eligible items to your cart. Eligible orders must be shipped (not local pickup), not include gift cards, subscriptions, or digital products, and be from stores located in the U.S. or Canada that accept Shop Pay.
- At checkout, if your order meets the requirements, your Shop Cash balance will appear as a payment method. You can select it to apply your Shop Cash toward your purchase, reducing your total amount due.
- Complete the payment for any remaining balance after applying Shop Cash.
Additional requirements include having at least one payment card with a U.S. or Canadian billing address saved in your Shop Pay account. Shop Cash can also be applied to the first installment payment if using Shop Pay Installments, but not subsequent payments
