- Select Block and confirm
On Mobile App
- Search for and open the person's Facebook profile.
- Tap the three horizontal dots next to the Message button.
- Tap Block.

What Blocking Does
- Prevents the blocked person from seeing your posts, tagging you, inviting you to events or groups, messaging you, or sending friend requests.
- If you were friends, blocking will unfriend them.
- The blocked person will not be notified directly but may realize they are blocked due to restricted interaction
Blocking is profile-specific, so if you have multiple Facebook profiles, you need to block the person on each one separately
. This process effectively stops unwanted contact and interaction on Facebook.
