- On weekdays, OnTrac Sunrise service delivers before noon, and OnTrac Ground delivers by the end of the day, which can be anytime from around 5 pm until midnight.
- On Saturdays, Sunrise deliveries occur until 2 pm, and OnTrac Ground deliveries occur from around 5 pm to midnight.
- OnTrac does not deliver on Sundays, except for the expanded 7-day delivery service which covers about 70% of the U.S. for weekends without extra fees.
The exact delivery time can vary due to factors like weather or package volume, and if a package cannot be delivered by the end of the day, it may be rescheduled for the next day. OnTrac drivers generally stop deliveries only if it is not feasible to continue safely or practically. Thus, OnTrac can deliver as late as midnight on regular delivery days (weekdays and Saturdays) in most cases, with burgeoning weekend delivery expansion in some areas.
