Mounjaro can be safely stored out of the fridge for up to 30 days as long as the temperature does not exceed 30°C (86°F). Once a Mounjaro pen is opened or in use, it may be kept unrefrigerated for this 30-day period. Unopened pens should be stored in the refrigerator at 2°C to 8°C (36°F to 46°F). After 30 days out of the fridge or if exposed to temperatures above 30°C, Mounjaro may start to break down and lose effectiveness, so it should no longer be used. Always keep the pens in their original packaging, away from light, and out of reach of children.
