how long does smart serve last

A Smart Serve certificate is valid for 5 years from the date of issue. After 5 years, certificate holders are required to recertify before their certificate expires to maintain a valid certification. Certificates issued before July 1, 2018, expired on August 31, 2023. Recertification can be done online at a discounted price if completed before expiration, otherwise a full fee applies.
