Mike Tomlin has been the head coach of the Pittsburgh Steelers since 2007. As of the 2025 NFL season, he is entering his 19th season as the Steelers' head coach, making him the longest-tenured active head coach in the NFL and the second-longest in Steelers history behind Chuck Noll. Tomlin has never had a losing season during his tenure and has led the team to 12 playoff appearances, including a Super Bowl XLIII victory in the 2008 season.
