The digital SAT lasts a total of 2 hours and 14 minutes of testing time, not including breaks
. The test is divided into two main sections:
- Reading and Writing: 64 minutes total, split into two modules of 32 minutes each, with 27 questions per module (54 questions total)
- Math: 70 minutes total, split into two modules of 35 minutes each, with 22 questions per module (44 questions total)
There is a 10-minute break between the Reading and Writing section and the Math section, making the full test experience about 2 hours and 24 minutes including the break
