. Exceptions to this rule include medically necessary liquids (like prescription medications, baby formula, and breast milk), which can be carried in reasonable quantities beyond the 3.4-ounce limit but must be declared at security
. Liquids purchased after security or duty-free liquids in sealed packaging with receipts also do not count toward this limit
