Reba McEntire has one biological child and five stepchildren, making a total of six children in her blended family. Her only biological child is her son Shelby Blackstock. The five stepchildren come from her two marriages: two from her first marriage to Charlie Battles, and three from her second marriage to Narvel Blackstock.
