- Cristiano Jr., born in 2010.
- Twins Mateo and Eva, born in 2017 via surrogacy.
- Alana Martina, born in late 2017 with his partner Georgina Rodriguez.
- Bella Esmeralda, born in April 2022; her twin brother Ángel tragically passed away at birth.
Although Georgina Rodriguez is the mother to three of the children (Alana and Bella, plus raising the twins and Cristiano Jr. as a stepmother), Ronaldo is the biological father of all five children.
