Ed Gein is believed to have killed two women: Bernice Worden and Mary Hogan. He confessed to these two murders. Additionally, there is suspicion that he might have killed his elder brother, but this has never been proven. Gein was also known for robbing graves and using body parts to make household items. He was found guilty of killing Bernice Worden but was declared legally insane and was institutionalized until his death in 1984.
