Another 10,000 people were in the nearby Desert Diamond Arena, designated as an overflow venue, and an additional estimated 10,000 gathered in nearby viewing areas. Local police and Turning Point USA estimates supported the figure close to 200,000 attendees overall, making it one of the largest memorials held for a private citizen in recent memory.
