Three mansions are available via the Prix Luxury Real Estate site.
- The Tongva Estate: $11,500,000.
- The Vinewood Residence: $12,200,000.
- Richman Villa: $12,800,000.
Players who completed the New Listings missions before December 7, 2025, receive a $2 million discount on each.
Upgrades and Total Costs
Customizations like interiors, additional rooms, security, and an AI assistant push full prices over $17.4 million up to $18.7 million per mansion.
GTA+ members may get further $1 million discounts on base buys.
