The Facebook settlement amount is $725 million in total. Individual users who filed claims will receive payments based on how long they were active on Facebook from May 24, 2007, to December 22, 2022. The average payment is about $29.42 to $29.43, with a minimum payment of around $4.89 and a maximum payment of $38.36 for those active throughout the entire class period (188 months). Payments are being distributed in batches over approximately 10 weeks starting in September 2025.
