Monkey D. Dragon is extremely strong and considered one of the most powerful characters in the One Piece series. He is the leader of the Revolutionary Army and known as the World's Most Wanted Man and World's Most Dangerous Criminal, indicating his immense threat level. Dragon possesses a powerful Devil Fruit related to weather control, which allows him to manipulate winds, summon storms, lightning, and even fly. However, his strongest ability is his mastery of a special martial arts style called Ryusoken, which is extremely destructive and capable of causing massive damage. His combat skills, leadership, and Devil Fruit power place him at least at Yonko level, possibly rivaling the strongest characters in the series. Furthermore, his lineage as the son of the legendary Marine Garp and father of Luffy (who is destined to be the Pirate King) also suggests tremendous inherited strength and potential.
