Steve Martin is generally listed as about 6 feet tall , or approximately 1.83 metres. Some celebrity-height sources put him slightly shorter, around 5 feet 11½ inches , so published estimates vary by roughly half an inch.
Why the numbers differ
Celebrity heights aren’t always measured consistently. Differences can come from posture, footwear, rounding, or whether the figure was recorded earlier in someone’s career. For practical purposes, describing Steve Martin as six feet tall is the most widely used estimate. He’s known for films such as The Jerk , Roxanne , Planes, Trains & Automobiles, and Father of the Bride , as well as his work as a comedian, writer and musician.
