To archive an Amazon order and hide it from your main order history, follow these steps on the Amazon website (desktop view):
- Log in to your Amazon account on a desktop browser.
- Hover over Account & Lists and click Orders to access your order history.
- Find the order you want to archive.
- Click the Archive order button located in the bottom-left corner of that order.
- Confirm by clicking Archive order in the pop-up window.
This will move the order to your archived orders, hiding it from your default order list but still accessible in the Archived Orders section of your account
. Additional details:
- You can archive up to 500 orders.
- Archiving removes all items in that order from your normal order history.
- To view archived orders, go to Account & Lists > Orders, then select Archived Orders from the drop-down menu.
- You can unarchive orders if needed by clicking Unarchive Order in the archived orders list.
- Archiving is not available through the Amazon mobile app; you must use a desktop browser or request the desktop site on your mobile browser
This method helps keep your purchase history private, for example, to hide gifts from others who share your account.
