To archive an order on Amazon, you need to use the Amazon website on desktop, as this feature is not available in the mobile app. The steps are as follows:
- Log in to your Amazon account on the website.
- Go to "Your Orders" by either clicking the "Returns & Orders" button or through the "Account & Lists" dropdown.
- Locate the order you want to archive.
- At the bottom left corner of that order, click the "Archive order" button.
- Confirm by clicking "Archive order" in the popup window.
The order will then be moved to your archived orders, hiding it from your regular order history but still accessible in the archived orders section. Note that you can archive up to about 500 orders. You can also view your archived orders by selecting "Archived Orders" from the dropdown menu under "Orders" in your account. This method helps keep your order history organized and can hide purchases from the main order history view, which is useful for privacy reasons.
