To block someone on TikTok, follow these simple steps:

Find the User
Open the TikTok app and go to the profile of the person you want to block. You can do this by:- Searching their username via the search icon
- Selecting their profile from your feed or notifications

Access Profile Options
On their profile page, tap the share icon (an arrow) located at the top right corner of the screen. In some cases, you might see three dots instead, but the share icon is the common method now. -
Block the User
From the menu that appears, select Block. A confirmation prompt will show up. -
Confirm the Block
Tap Confirm to finalize blocking the user. Once blocked, they will no longer be able to view your profile, send you messages, or interact with your content in any way.
If you want to unblock someone later, you can go to your Privacy settings, find "Blocked Accounts," and unblock the user from there. Additionally, TikTok allows bulk blocking of up to 100 accounts by managing multiple comments if you are dealing with spam or harassment. This process works the same on both iPhone and Android devices, and there is also a similar method available on desktop TikTok
