To cancel a Kayo subscription: On Desktop:
- Log in to the Kayo Sports website with your email and password.
- Click the profile icon in the top-right corner and select "My Account."
- Under "My Subscriptions," find Kayo and click "Manage Subscription."
- Scroll down and click on "Cancel Subscription."
- Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation. You will see a final confirmation screen once done.
On iOS (if subscribed via Apple App Store):
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your Apple ID at the top.
- Go to "Subscriptions."
- Select the Kayo Sports subscription.
- Tap "Cancel Subscription" and confirm.
On Android (if subscribed via Google Play Store):
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon and select "Payments & subscriptions."
- Tap "Subscriptions."
- Select Kayo Sports.
- Tap "Cancel subscription" and confirm.
Note: If subscribed through Telstra or Hubbl, you may need to cancel through their respective portals, such as Hubbl My Account. Kayo does not provide refunds for mid-month cancellations; service continues until the end of the billing cycle. You can also pause your subscription for up to 12 months instead of canceling.
