To change the draft order on ESPN Fantasy, the League Manager needs to do this through the ESPN website, not the mobile app. The general steps are:
- Go to espn.com and log in.
- Navigate to the Fantasy section and select your league.
- On the league page, click on "LM Tools" or "League Manager Tools" at the top right.
- Select "Edit Draft Settings" or "Draft Settings."
- Make sure the draft order is set to "Manually Set by League Manager" instead of random.
- Go to "Edit Draft Order" in the Draft Tools section.
- Click "Edit" and then drag and drop teams into the desired draft order.
- Save your changes.
You must make these changes up to one hour before the scheduled draft time. After saving, the new draft order will be set for the league's draft. This functionality is only available on the web, not on the ESPN mobile app. The changes will notify team managers automatically by email when saved.
