To check your credit score on the Chase app, follow these steps:
- Open the Chase app on your mobile device.
- Scroll down on the home screen until you find the section called "Credit Journey" with a speedometer icon.
- Tap on "Credit Journey." Your current credit score will be displayed there, along with a colorful icon.
- You can also view your historical credit score through this section.
- If not already enrolled, you may need to enroll in Chase Credit Journey to access the credit score and related tools.
The credit score shown is a VantageScore 3.0 based on your Experian credit report and checking it through Chase Credit Journey does not impact your credit score. This score is a good indicator of your credit health even though different lenders may use different scoring models when you apply for credit. Additionally, you can set a personalized score improvement plan within the app if desired.
