To check your M-PESA statement, you have several convenient options:
1. Using the M-PESA App
- Download and install the M-PESA App from Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iPhone).
- Log in using your M-PESA PIN or biometrics.
- On the Home page, go to M-PESA Statements and tap See All.
- Select the month or set custom dates for the statement period.
- Tap Generate Statement to download the statement to your phone.
- You can also export or send the statement to your email from the app
2. Using USSD Codes
- Dial *334# on your phone.
- Select My Account.
- Choose M-PESA Statement.
- Select the type of statement (monthly, custom period).
- Enter and confirm your email address if you want the statement sent there.
- Enter your M-PESA PIN to complete the request.
- Alternatively, you can dial *234# and follow prompts to request a full or mini statement
3. Online via Safaricom Self-Care Portal
- Visit Safaricom’s website and log into the Self-care portal.
- Navigate to M-PESA services and request your statement online.
- This method allows you to download detailed statements for specific periods
Additional Notes
- Mini statements show the last 5 transactions and are limited to recent activity.
- Full statements can cover up to 12 months or more depending on the method.
- For official or court-use statements without disclaimers, you may need to visit a Safaricom shop with identification and fill out a request form
