Clearing Cache for Individual Apps
- Open the Settings app on your Samsung phone.
- Tap Apps.
- Select the app you want to clear the cache for.
- Tap Storage.
- Tap Clear cache to remove temporary files without deleting personal data
Clearing Cache for All Apps (Wipe Cache Partition)
- Turn off your Samsung device.
- Enter Recovery Mode by pressing a specific button combination depending on your model:
- For devices with a physical Home button (e.g., S6, S7): Press and hold Volume Up + Home + Power buttons simultaneously. Release the Power button when the device vibrates, then release the other buttons when the menu appears.
- For devices with Bixby button (e.g., S8, S9, S10): Press and hold Volume Up + Bixby + Power buttons until the Samsung logo appears, then release.
