To connect Sony headphones to an iPhone, follow these steps:
- On the iPhone, go to the Settings app and then Bluetooth. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
- On the Sony headphones, press and hold the power button for about 2 seconds until the indicator light starts blinking blue, indicating the headphones are in pairing mode.
- On the iPhone, under Bluetooth settings, look for your Sony headphones in the list of available devices and tap to connect.
