To copy and paste on a Mac, the simplest and fastest way is to use keyboard shortcuts:
- Select the text or item you want to copy.
- Press Command (⌘) + C to copy the selected item.
- Move the cursor to where you want to paste the item.
- Press Command (⌘) + V to paste it.
